SYNERGY HomeCare of Vancouver is hiring a caregiver (WA State Certified CNA or HCA) to support seniors and adults at home. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours, with competitive pay ranging from $23 to $28 per hour.

You’ll provide companionship, assist with personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and maintain clear communication with clients and the office. CPR/First Aid and a Food Handler Card are required or obtained within 30 days.

Qualifications

• WA State CNA or HCA certification required or in process within 30 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Food Handler Card required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, families, and the office.
• Deliver reliable, professional, and compassionate care.
