CorsoCare is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/CNA for Independence Village of Madison Heights. You will provide compassionate, personalized care to residents, including daily living activities and mobility support, while maintaining 1440 care standards.

The role requires following care plans, documenting care details, and collaborating with Wellness Leaders and families to ensure resident wellbeing. Strong communication and empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, geriatrics, or with seniors preferred.
• CNA or MA certification preferred.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and competent care for residents.
• Assist with bathing, dining, mobility, toileting and routine tasks.
• Document records and communicate changes to Wellness Leader.
• Attend staff meetings and safety trainings.
