Job summary

Golden Girls Residential Care LLC is seeking caregivers and CNAs to provide compassionate personal care in small assisted living homes. The role includes assisting with daily activities, hygiene, medication assistance, and documentation of incidents.

We offer training, CNA class sponsorship, and higher pay for CNAs, HCAs, or experienced caregivers. Scheduling is flexible (4–40 hours/week) with week-by-week planning and potential conversion to full-time after 12 months of service.

Qualifications

• Requires willingness to obtain required certifications.
• CNAs, HCAs, and those with experience may be prioritized.
• Training provided and CNA classes paid for interested individuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide medication assistance as needed under supervision.
• Maintain hygiene and comfort of residents.
• Document and report any unusual incidents promptly.
