Job summary

HomeWell Care Services is hiring compassionate in-home caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to provide one-on-one care to seniors in Auburn Hills and surrounding areas. If you’re dedicated to improving quality of life with a flexible schedule, we’d love to connect with you!

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, homemaking, and coordinating care with the office team.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certificate or 1+ year caregiving experience (0–1 year accepted for motivated candidates).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication and a compassionate, reliable demeanor.
• Willingness to pass required background checks.

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Provide companionship and build meaningful relationships.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Observe, document, and report changes in client health to the office care team.
