Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and personal care at our community in New Jersey. You will follow individualized service plans, engage residents in activities, assist with dining, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, CHHA/CNA, and CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain. The role offers paid training, growth opportunities, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 18+.
• CHHA or CNA required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow ISP and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and keep a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
