Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Monitor clients' care and report any changes or concerns to the care team
• Help prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe living environment
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship
• Maintain documentation and communicate regularly with the care team
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations related to caregiving
