Job summary

Griswold Home Care is hiring in Camden County, New Jersey for part-time caregivers, CHHAs, and CNAs. This hourly position offers flexible shifts and the chance to make a real difference by providing compassionate in-home care.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and documenting care. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; background check required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in caregiving preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation; willing to undergo a background check.
• Flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Monitor clients' care and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties.
• Help prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship.
• Maintain documentation and communicate regularly with the care team.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, related to caregiving and client care.
