Job summary

Griswold Home Care in Camden County, New Jersey, has immediate openings for Caregivers, CHHAs, and CNAs. This part-time, hourly position provides compassionate in-home care to clients in their homes with flexible evening, weekend, and holiday schedules.

The compensation ranges from $18.25 to $25.25 per hour. A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required to serve clients in the area. Training and professional development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in caregiving or related role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to clients in their homes (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to the care team.
• Help prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home.
• Engage clients with meaningful activities and companionship.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with the care team.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations.
