Griswold Home Care for Monmouth County is seeking Caregivers, CHHAs, and CNAs for part-time, hourly roles in Monmouth County, New Jersey. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required to serve clients in their homes. CHHA training is available for staff at $25.00.

This opportunity offers flexible hours in a compassionate, home-based care environment with opportunities for training and advancement.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care to clients including bathing, grooming and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Monitor clients' care and report changes to the care team.
• Help prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Engage clients with meaningful activities and companionship.
• Maintain documentation and communicate regularly with the care team.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations related to caregiving and client care.
