REM Community Services, part of Sevita, is hiring a caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living. You will help with personal care, encourage participation in activities, and foster independent living.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient care, teamwork, and reliable scheduling. A high school diploma and a minimum of six months in human services are preferred. Valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Good communication and ability to build relationships with participants.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges.
• Help participants pursue developmental goals and community involvement.
