Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a caregiver for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community settings. You’ll build relationships, support growth, and help participants live well in a mission‑driven team.

The role offers 16.00 hourly wages with every other weekend shifts (9am-8pm). Prior experience in human services is preferred, and a valid driver’s license with access to a registered vehicle is required to support participants’

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants engage in community activities and achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
