Job summary

Oakmont Senior Living in Fullerton, CA is seeking a Care Provider to deliver personal assistance and basic daily care to residents, enhancing independence and quality of life. You will follow care plans and collaborate with a warm team in a well-supported environment.

The role requires 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED; previous experience is optional as training is provided, and strong customer service is valued. Benefits include healthcare, meals, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication with staff, supervisors, physicians, residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per service and care plan.
• Respond promptly while preserving residents' dignity, safety and confidentiality.
• Notify supervisor of changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and collaboration with co-workers and other departments.
