You will follow resident care plans, assist with activities of daily living, and engage residents in social activities while coordinating with branch leadership as needs evolve. A high school diploma or GED is required, with CNA coursework completed within six months and CPR/First Aid readiness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent.
• Completion of CNA coursework within six months of hire.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Know residents served and provide care per service plans.
• Assist with daily living, meals, and social engagement.
• Communicate with branch leadership when needs change.
• Care for residents with dementia using appropriate approaches.
