Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willing to complete Certified Nurse Aide course within six months of hire.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of daily living including activities of daily living, meals, and social engagement.
• Communicate changes in needs to branch clinical leadership.
• Care for residents with dementia using appropriate approaches.
