Job summary

Starting wage is $15/hour with benefits and daily pay. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with CNA training encouraged within six months of hire and CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Willing to complete the Certified Nurse Aide course within six months of hire.
• Willing to take additional training or education as state requirements may call for.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care per service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of daily living, including activities of daily living, meals, and social engagement.
• Communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Knowledge of how to approach and care for residents with dementia.
