Job summary

Meadows on McCarty in Michigan is seeking a compassionate caregiver to join our team on first shift. You will provide one-on-one support to residents, helping with daily living activities and mobility in a warm, respectful environment.

Responsibilities include personal hygiene assistance, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and accompanying residents to appointments. A valid driver’s license and 1 year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, in-home care, or hospitality settings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly residents.
• Help with mobility, meals, and prescribed medications.
• Assist with mobility to appointments and outings.
• Perform housekeeping duties and accompany residents on errands.
• Report incidents and respond to emergencies.
• Engage residents in daily living activities.
