Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments, errands, and destinations 50 miles or more.
• Assist clients with boarding and exiting the vehicle.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning vehicle.
• Communicate with care coordinators regarding scheduling and client needs.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to staff.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Provide courteous, patient-centered service to clients and families.
