Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for a full-time, 7:00am–7:00pm schedule in Freeburg, IL. The role offers a pay range of $17.50–$23.50 per hour and benefits with Arrow Senior Living’s team-focused culture.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, promoting empathy, and contributing to a home-like environment. Applicants must be 18+, bilingual not required, and able to perform physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Able to use computers to print documents and enter resident information.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Must be able to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create an inclusive and positive environment by engaging with residents and team members.
• Demonstrate empathy and proactively support residents’ comfort and safety.
