Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner in Wentzville, MO. This full-time role involves empathetic resident care, assisting with daily living activities, and contributing to a supportive community atmosphere.

Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to read and speak English. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A criminal background check is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Active: standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping throughout shift.
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing and walking, including after a fall.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, compassionate care to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Create a warm, welcoming environment for residents and team members.
• Support residents in social and recreational activities.
• Collaborate with team to ensure residents’ health and safety.
