Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements, or willingness to obtain.
• First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and maintain privacy and dignity.
• Promote independence and emotional support through companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment programs.
• Support light housekeeping and open communication with staff and families.
