Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living and ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being while promoting independence and privacy.

You will work in a team setting to create a nurturing environment, participate in life enrichment activities, and maintain high standards of dignity and respect for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Caregiver certification per state requirements or ability to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• 12+ months of professional caregiving experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) per safety guidelines.
• Promote independence, dignity, and comfort while maintaining privacy.
• Engage residents in life enrichment activities and social interaction.
• Assist with light housekeeping and room tidying.
• Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
