Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities while promoting comfort, safety, and dignity within a team setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 12 months of caregiving experience, strong communication, empathy, and patience. Caregiver training, First Aid/CPR, and weekend rotation willingness are a plus. We offer competitive wages and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiver training is a plus.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• 12 months of caregiving experience.
• Memory care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, following safety and licensing guidelines.
• Prioritize independence and emotional support through compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as making beds and tidying rooms.
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
