Qualifications

• At least 12 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience with memory care is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while following protocols and safety guidelines.
• Encourage independence through compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
• Support participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families, residents and staff.
