Job summary

Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living, promoting safety and dignity in a supportive team setting. • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) per safety protocols.
• Provide independence-supportive, empathetic care and companionship.
• Support participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintain clean resident spaces.
• Foster open communication among residents, families, and healthcare staff.
