Job summary

Bethesda Foundation is seeking a Care Partner to provide full-time care for residents at 372 Bethesda Gardens Carrollton, TX. The role covers both assisted living and memory care, with shifts from early to overnight, emphasizing compassionate, high-quality service and resident dignity.

Responsibilities include vital signs, ADLs assistance, activity coordination, safety, and communication with the health team. Training and teamwork are essential in a respectful, supportive setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certification in nursing assistance desired.
• CPR and First Aid as required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Takes vital signs and documents changes.
• Assists residents with daily living activities.
• Provides care with dignity and compassion in a memory care and assisted living setting.
• Coordinates and escorts residents to meals and activities.
• Ensures safety and clean, respectful care environments.
• Communicates changes to Health Services Director and families.
