Job summary

Bethesda Gardens Carrollton is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to provide compassionate care for residents in our assisted living and memory care communities. This full-time position offers shifts from 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am, with duties including routine care, activities assistance, and safety supervision.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents, documenting changes, coordinating appointments, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting a respectful, dignified

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred; nursing assistant certification desired.
• CPR and First Aid as required per state guidelines.
• Compassion and ability to care for elderly and disabled.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and weigh residents.
• Document changes and unusual occurrences.
• Schedule doctor appointments.
• Assist residents with showers, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' information.
• Provide tours to potential residents.
• Ensure excellent customer service and communication.
