Arrow Senior Living in Kent, OH is seeking a dedicated Care Partner for a full-time 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. shift.

Pay ranges from $19 to $24.25 per hour, with benefits including 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision insurance, disability insurance, paid time off, and more. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, providing compassionate care, and helping maintain a warm, home-like environment.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
• Support residents by being present and engaging with them to promote well‑being.
