Experience Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join The Gallery at Hacienda Lakes in Naples, FL. You will assist residents with personal care, daily living activities, and light housekeeping in a warm, respectful setting.

You will support life enrichment participation, respond to calls promptly, and help maintain infection control practices. Training and opportunities for growth are provided in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide required.
• CPR certification / First Aid certification preferred.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence.
• Able to write simple correspondence and communicate effectively with residents and team members.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as assigned.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry per established procedures.
• Review and participate in shift reports and verbal communications.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs and encourage independence.
• Promote resident choices, independence, and wellbeing; provide verbal encouragement and support.
• Communicate changes in resident needs to the Director of Health & Wellness and other departments.
• Respond to resident pendant/wearable calls promptly while maintaining infection control practices.
