Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC is launching The Gallery Tampa, a premier luxury senior living community opening October 2026. We are seeking Care Partners to help create an outstanding resident experience from day one, with responsibilities spanning personal care, housekeeping, and support for enrichment activities.

Join a team dedicated to compassionate service, confidentiality, and resident rights, with training provided and opportunities to grow as the community opens.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide preferred, but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must complete all state and Experience Senior Living training programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Review and participate in 24 Hour Reports and shift change reports.
• Assist residents to life enrichment programs and communicate changes in resident needs to Health & Wellness Director.
