Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities while promoting safety, privacy, and dignity. You will work in a team to foster a supportive and nurturing environment for residents.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, state caregiver training, fingerprint clearance, and current First Aid/CPR or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements.
• Fingerprint Clearence Card.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) per safety protocols.
• Prioritize independence and provide emotional support, engagement, and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping (beds, tidying rooms).
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
