Job summary

Candlestone Assisted Living and Memory Care - Leisure Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide comfort, safety, and supervision for residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, administer medications, and learn residents’ preferences under the guidance of our care team.

Responsibilities include medication administration, MAR review, and supporting life enrichment activities. Candidates should have a high school diploma and CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents per physician orders and document completion.
• Review eMAR each shift to ensure timely administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as per service plans.
• Respond to call lights and alarms promptly.
• Observe and report changes to Care Coordinator/Director of Resident Care.
• Assist with meal setup and cleanup as needed.
• Lead or participate in activities planned by Life Enrichment.
