Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• TX state: 1 year direct client care experience in hospital/nursing facility or equivalent.
• Preferred CPR certification within 90 days; 6+ months home care experience; ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and health-related services to maintain patient wellbeing.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, denture care; nail care.
• Observe and report patient condition to agency director or accounts manager.
• Drive safely and follow traffic laws for any business travel.
• Assist with household tasks essential to personal care and comfort.
