Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking Care Attendants to help residents in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. You will assist with activities of daily living, meals, and light housekeeping to support a high quality of life.

The role emphasizes compassion, patience, and clear communication with residents and staff to create a respectful, faith-based care environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with residents and staff.
• Genuine compassion and patience to senior adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dining, dressing, and mobility.
• Assist with laundry, room maintenance, and light housekeeping to keep resident rooms clean and orderly.
• Support dietary staff by serving meals and ensuring resident attendance in dining areas.
• Deliver and collect meal trays, provide snacks and beverages as needed.
• Be cross-trained to work in AL, SNF, and memory care as required.
• Observe residents while eating and monitor any changes in condition or needs.
