Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Care Attendant Non Certified to support residents in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. You will help with daily activities, meals, laundry, and light housekeeping, delivering compassionate support in a welcoming, faith-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written, English) with residents and staff.
• Genuine compassion and patience to senior adults.

Responsibilities

• Give assistance to residents in activities of daily living, dining services, light housekeeping and daily tasks.
• Assist residents with daily activities.
• Assist with laundry, bed making, light housekeeping and maintain residents’ rooms clean and orderly.
• Assist dietary staff with serving meals and observing residents during meals.
• Arrange for and deliver meal trays for room service and return trays to kitchen when finished.
• Cross-train to work in all levels of care (AL, SNF, memory care).
