Covenant Living is seeking Care Attendants to support residents in assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care settings. You will assist with daily activities, dining services, and light housekeeping, delivering meals and nourishment as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication with residents and staff, and genuine compassion for senior adults. This is a faith-based, nonprofit community focused on teamwork and service.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written, English) with residents and staff.
• Genuine compassion and patience to senior adults.

Responsabilidades

• Give assistance to residents in activities, dining services, light housekeeping, and activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with daily activities.
• Assist with laundry, bed making, light housekeeping and maintain residents' room clean and orderly.
• Assist dietary staff with serving meals in the dining room, ensure residents’ attendance, observe residents while eating.
• Arrange for and deliver meal trays for room service as needed and return trays to kitchen.
• Serve supplemental nourishment and snacks as needed.
• Be cross trained to work in all levels of care (AL, SNF, memory care).
