Job summary

Covenant Living is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate daily care for residents in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care settings. You will work under the nurse manager and fellow staff, helping with activities, meals, hygiene and mobility.

The position emphasizes teamwork, respect, and service in a faith-based community, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for cross-training and growth.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA credentials and completion of a state-approved program.
• Registration on the state Nursing Assistant registry is required.
• Ability to perform daily resident care tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily care to residents under supervision.
• Assist with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
• Support bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting, grooming and feeding.
• Maintain clean, orderly resident rooms and assist with linen changes.
• Notify supervisor of clothing needs and assist with meals as needed.
