Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in senior care.
• English proficiency to communicate with residents, staff and respond to emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, dressing, reminders for medications, and escort services.
• Follow the supervisor's schedule based on resident needs.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
