Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
• Valid First Aid, CPR and CNA certifications may be required by state rules.
• English literacy sufficient for care communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Read and implement care plans and ADLs for residents.
• Respond to calls and alarms promptly and professionally.
• Document care delivered accurately in resident records.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the resident environment.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
