Elara Caring is seeking a dedicated Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients at home. You will assist with daily living activities, grooming, mobility, meals, and companionship, helping to improve quality of life for those in need.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments when applicable.
• Promote a safe, respectful environment.
