Job summary

Bridgeway Park Superior Senior Living Facility in Superior, MI is seeking caring Care Staff and Med Techs to support residents with daily living activities and medication administration. The role emphasizes safety, independence, and compassionate care in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
• Flexibility to work every other weekend required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as transferring, bathing, dressing, toileting, and ambulation.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed and document accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, including light housekeeping and infection control.
• Assess changes in resident condition and report to supervisor promptly.
• Follow schedules and assist with meal times and feeding as needed.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care and support to residents and families.
• Support teammates and complete all charting and required documentation.
• Respond to call lights and address residents' needs in a timely manner.
