Qualifications

• 3 years of caregiving experience preferred in dementia care.
• Background check (criminal) required.
• High school diploma or GED required; reliable transportation.
• On-site role with every other weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Administer medications per medical charts; document accordingly.
• Maintain clean environment and assist with light housekeeping.
• Adhere to safety and infection control procedures.
• Monitor for changes in condition and report to supervisor.
• Support team with duties as needed; document care and charting.
• Answer call lights and assist with meals as needed.
