Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Successfully completed an approved personal care aide program per state regulations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Polite and considerate toward residents, visitors, and co‑workers.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents involving residents to appropriate individuals.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all policies and procedures.
• Perform housekeeping duties as directed by supervisor.

Skills

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Ability to safely lift and transfer residents

Education
