Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of approved PCA program per state regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and push or carry 25 lbs with proper body mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping and keep resident areas clean and organized.
• Respond promptly to all resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Assist new residents with move-in transition and provide emotional support.
