Oats Inc is hiring a driver in Seymour, MO. The role covers assisting riders, ensuring safe boarding and alighting, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and readiness. You will perform pre- and post-trip checks and use the onboard tablet for trip details and logs.

A high school diploma and a valid CDL/Class E with limited points are required. Applicants must pass DOT physicals, drug tests, and random screenings, and be bondable. Expect day shifts with full or part-time hours and routine training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old.
• CDL or Class E license with no more than 4 points.
• Must pass a U.S. DOT physical and road test.
• Must pass drug screening and random testing.
• Must be bondable and able to use a vehicle tablet.

Responsibilities

• Assist riders on and off the bus with respect and courtesy.
• Safely secure wheelchairs and mobility devices per procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe OATS vehicle and equipment.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Use the in-vehicle tablet for trip info and times.
• Complete required paperwork for regional office.
• Attend routine paid training and follow all rules.
