Job summary

Intermountain Health Logan Regional Hospital is seeking an Adult Behavioral Health Technician to support a multidisciplinary treatment team in a Logan, Utah unit. You will provide direct patient care under supervision, develop rapport with patients, and help implement the behavioral health plan.

The role includes assisting with daily living tasks, documenting care, monitoring patients, and participating in activities that promote therapeutic engagement while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• CNA or EMT certification required.
• BLS certification required for healthcare providers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with adults in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living tasks and provide emotional support to patients and families.
• May conduct group activities and facilitate therapeutic sessions.
• Document delegated patient care procedures accurately and timely.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and report changes using established care plans.
• Communicate patient condition and updates to the clinical team as needed.
