Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living tasks and document delegated care accurately.
• Monitor vital signs and provide limited medical interventions under supervision.
• Orient patients to unit/program and assist with supplies and transportation as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow the multidisciplinary treatment plan.
• Support group activities and educational sessions as directed.
