Job summary

Castleview Hospital in Price, Utah is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to support the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the Registered Nurse. You’ll help ensure the schedule is delivered, supervise patients, maintain safety, and treat patients with respect and dignity.

The role includes observation and safety monitoring, admissions assistance, documentation, and leading psychoeducational groups.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe and maintain safe milieu with patient checks and safety monitoring.
• Conduct 15-minute checks and one-on-one monitoring as ordered.
• Assist with admissions, vital signs, and patient documentation.
• Document in the Medical Record per policy; collaborate with RN and treatment team.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic activity groups as directed.
