Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Patient Care Tech to join its behavioral health team. The PCT delivers direct patient care under RN supervision and contributes to a safe care environment, addressing safety concerns promptly.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED, with at least 6 months of healthcare experience and preferably some recovery from substance use or mental health challenges. The role supports an integrated care model in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months healthcare experience with exposure to behavioral/medical crises.
• Minimum of six months recovery from substance use or mental health disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN.
• Maintain unit safety and address environmental and patient safety concerns with escalation as needed.
