Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Pool - Patient Care Technician to join our behavioral health team. The PCT will deliver direct patient care under the medical direction of a Registered Nurse and support unit safety.

We value candidates with a high school diploma or GED, healthcare exposure, and a willingness to work within a recovery-focused environment. The role includes pre-employment background checks and valid identification as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months health care related experience required.
• Minimum of six months recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Valid identification required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients under RN direction.
• Support safety of the unit and address safety concerns with RN/Program Manager.
• Assist with coordinating care as directed by the RN and Program Manager.
