Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate urgency related to patient safety and provide excellent customer services.
• Ensure well-being of patients and provide a supportive environment.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure supervision at 15-minute intervals as needed.
• Document clinical information in patient records timely and accurately.
• Assist with activities of daily living and coordinate transportation if needed.
• Interact with patients, observe behaviors, and report to nursing staff.
• Facilitate educational-rehabilitative groups covering social, coping, anger, and living skills.
• Engage patients in activities to meet treatment goals.
• Complete required documentation and assist with incidents and follow-up.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic attitude and address complaints promptly.
